- Hourly pay (during 90 day probation period, and while building clientele for the first 6 months)
- 45% commission based pay, after initial 6 months.
- 10% retail commission incentive, given twice a year (with achievement of personal goals)
- Full time hours of 32 per week

- We are not departmentalized, therefore you can continue to build your cut/style skills as well as color and highlighting.
- All stylists are provided continued education with in-salon color classes, as well as outside education by Neill Corporation
- Our dress code is casual, comfortable clothing, professional
